Embarking on the 75 Hard Challenge for the Seventh time (with one fail in there) wasn't a decision I made lightly. As a wife, mom of two, and someone deeply passionate about loving life and helping others live the life they deserve, I found immense value in this challenge. Here’s why I decided to take on 75 Hard once more.
A Commitment to Personal Growth
The 75 Hard Challenge is not just a physical regimen; it’s a journey of personal growth and mental toughness. The daily discipline required to complete the challenge—two 45-minute workouts, a strict diet, reading 10 pages of a self-improvement book, drinking a gallon of water, and taking a progress photo and this round I’ve added in some business daily’s as well—forces you to push beyond your comfort zone. Each day of the challenge is a step towards becoming a better version of myself, more resilient and more focused.
Strengthening Mental and Physical Well-Being
As someone who believes in living life to the fullest, maintaining both mental and physical well-being is crucial. Sadly I have let me physical well being slip a lot further than I’d like to admit. The 75 Hard Challenge provides a structured way to ensure I am consistently prioritizing my health. This structure helps me stay energized and motivated, allowing me to show up as the best version of myself for my family and my business.
Aligning with My Passion for Helping Others
My passion for helping others live the life they deserve is a significant part of who I am. By taking on the 75 Hard Challenge again, I aim to lead by example. Demonstrating the power of discipline and perseverance can inspire others to embark on their own journeys of self-improvement. If my journey can motivate even one person to take a step towards a better life, it’s worth it.
A Solid Foundation for Business Success
I’ve recently discovered a business opportunity that I believe can be the vehicle to achieving financial freedom. This high-ticket business has the potential to provide relief and lead to financial stability for my family. However, building a successful business requires immense dedication, focus, and resilience—all qualities that the 75 Hard Challenge cultivates. By committing to this challenge, I am reinforcing the habits and mindset needed to succeed in my business ventures.
Tackling Financial Issues with Strength
I’ve decided to tackle a few of my personal financial issues, without burdening my husband with any additional stress. This decision means I need to be at my best, mentally and physically, to navigate the challenges ahead. The 75 Hard Challenge is a way to ensure I remain strong and capable of handling whatever comes my way.
Conclusion
The 75 Hard Challenge is more than just a fitness program—it’s a transformative experience that impacts every aspect of life. By choosing to do it again, I am committing to personal growth, strengthening my well-being, and aligning with my passion for helping others. Most importantly, I am laying a solid foundation for success in my business endeavors and ensuring I have the strength to tackle financial challenges head-on. Here’s to another 75 days of hard work, dedication, and transformation.
